Mike is the founding Director of IMSco , and is a registered financial service provider.

Over the past 15 years Mike has been the CEO of two high performing NZ Institutional Level Investment Fund managers (Taranaki Investment Management Ltd (TIML) and Development West Coast (DWC)), and has held Directorships in Australian and NZ code companies.

Mike is skilled in development of Investment strategy, asset class allocation, geographic and sector tactical over and underweighting, fund treasury management, DD, investment selection and execution.

Mike has directly executed investments and transactions in Equities, FI and FX Markets, Funds, Private Equity and VC sectors, Co investment, Direct investment, Secondary’s, and Mezzanine lending for over 25 years.

Prior to that Mike has had a further 20 years at Advisory, GM and CFO level in public and private entities with a focus on primary sector/agribusiness, healthcare, tourism, and ICT.

IMSco provides a range of portfolio investment advisory service to wholesale investors, and works in collaboration with other financial intermediaries to deliver a tailored portfolio for clients, including both sourcing and executing alternative investments for a portfolio.
